This refund policy is effective as of 01/01/2023.
At My RPL Australia, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers throughout the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) application process. We understand that circumstances may arise which may lead to changes or cancellations. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds will be issued.
Disregarded Applications (1 month) #
If a customer disregards their application for a period of 1 month, we will charge a $200 fee and refund the remaining balance. This fee covers administrative costs associated with maintaining the application during this period. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund request.
Pending Applications (more than 1 month) #
If an application remains pending for more than 1 month, we will consider it abandoned, and no refund will be provided. This policy is in place to encourage timely communication and progress in the application process. We highly value efficient processing and expect our customers to actively participate in their application to ensure a smooth and timely assessment.
Rejected or Declined Applications: #
If your RPL application is declined, an administration fee of A$300 will be charged to cover the costs associated with assessing your application.
Upon receiving notification of the decline of your RPL application, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to the RPL department within 30 days of the notification.
The refund request will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
Canceled Applications #
If a client decides to cancel their RPL application, a fee of A$300 will be charged for the assessment and skills review process that has already commenced. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the initial evaluation of the client’s application and the allocation of resources for assessment purposes.
However, if no assessment has been conducted on the client’s application at the time of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the client. This means that if the assessment and skills review process has not yet started, the client will receive a refund equivalent to the total amount paid for the RPL application, excluding any processing fees.
Refund Request Process: #
To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request in writing via email to our customer support team at https://myrpl.com.au/contact-us. The refund request should include the customer’s name, contact information, and the reason for the refund. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
In exceptional circumstances, where there is clear evidence of administrative error or procedural irregularity by My RPL Australia in the assessment of your RPL application, the administration costs may be waived, and a full refund will be issued.
There may be exceptional circumstances where we will consider refunding a disregarded or abandoned application outside the stated policy. These exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision will be at the sole discretion of My RPL Australia.
Changes to the Refund Policy: #
My RPL Australia reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.
