Agent Requirements

Have relevant vocational qualifications and experience: You must have relevant vocational qualifications and experience in the industry or field in which you wish to assess RPL candidates. This is to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to assess a candidate’s skills and knowledge against the relevant industry standards.
Hold the relevant assessor qualifications: You must hold the relevant assessor qualifications, such as the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or its equivalent. This qualification provides you with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct RPL assessments.
Be familiar with RPL processes and procedures: You must be familiar with the RPL processes and procedures to ensure that you can conduct RPL assessments in a fair, valid, and reliable manner. This may involve completing training or professional development in RPL assessment.
Have effective communication and interpersonal skills: As an RPL assessor, you must have effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates, ask questions, and provide feedback.
Maintain currency of industry knowledge and assessment practices: You must maintain the currency of your industry knowledge and assessment practices through ongoing professional development and participation in industry forums.

Agent Requirements

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the My RPL Australia Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a website or social media account related to the education or career development industry.
Affiliate Promotion: As an Affiliate of My RPL Australia, you are allowed to promote our RPL courses and services to your audience through various channels, such as social media, blog posts, and email marketing.
Referral commission: For every successful referral you bring to My RPL Australia, you will earn a commission of 10% of the total course fee paid by the referred customer. The commission will be paid to you within 30 days of the referred customer’s payment.
Prohibited activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities while promoting My RPL Australia. This includes but is not limited to spamming, misleading, or false advertising, and impersonating My RPL Australia or its representatives.
Branding and trademarks: You are allowed to use the My RPL Australia brand name and logo in your promotional materials, subject to our approval. However, you are not allowed to alter or modify our branding and trademarks without our written consent.
Termination: My RPL Australia reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, without notice or reason. We may also withhold or cancel any commissions earned by you if we suspect any fraudulent activities or violations of these Affiliate Terms.
Indemnification: As an Affiliate of My RPL Australia, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or any violation of these Affiliate Terms.
